A Healthy Lifestyle Starts With Ü and Only Ü

In today’s fast paced society, we’re expected to do multiple things at once and be two places at the same time. Meanwhile, we’re surrounded by technology and distractions everywhere. Let go of your expectations of achieving immediate results and you’ll soon realize the results will happen slowly because meditation is not a race, its a process and means to a happier lifestyle.
