An interesting study revealed that fat is shed when there are more individuals in a shared space.

This led us to thinking - the more engaging the environment, the more calories we could burn!

Although this study is still in its early stages, it gives us a great reason to get a bunch of friends together for an evening of board games and giggles (feel those abs crunch!) The options are as endless as your friend list on Facebook!

The worst of winter is not over just yet, however we are getting super excited to see the pops of colour in our wardrobe this spring season!
